Activity Overview
In this online, on-demand educational video, Steven J Greene, MD, and Anu Lala, MD, will discuss the intersection of CKD and heart failure and the role diabetes plays in these diseases, current guidelines for CKD testing in at-risk patients, and recent clinical trial data. Additionally, the experts will examine a few case studies to illustrate how individualizing treatment plans can result in the optimal management of patients with diabetes, CKD, and HF.
Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward cardiologists, primary care physicians, NPs, PAs, and nurses who specialize in treating patients with HF and diabetes.
Learning Objectives
