Activity Overview
Follicular lymphoma (FL) is generally incurable but highly treatable, with most patients requiring multiple lines of therapy. The relapsed/refractory (R/R) FL treatment landscape has evolved rapidly, with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, CD20×CD3 bispecific antibodies, and novel combinations including tafasitamab plus R² (lenalidomide and rituximab) and epcoritamab plus R² all expanding the therapeutic armamentarium. As community oncologists navigate this complex landscape, optimal patient selection, treatment sequencing, and timely referral to specialized centers have become critical.
This Community Practice Connection™ program provides an in-depth review of recent advances in the treatment of R/R FL. This unique and engaging multimedia activity is ideal for the community-based clinician. It focuses on practical interpretation of clinical trial data and management strategies for bispecific antibodies, CAR T-cell therapy, BTK inhibitors, and emerging novel combinations in the community oncology setting.
Target Audience
This educational program is directed toward community-based medical oncologists, hematologic oncologists, hematologists, hematopathologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care professionals involved in the treatment of FL.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Apply guideline recommendations and practice-changing advances to treatment selection in R/R FL
- Analyze evidence for current and emerging therapeutics in the context of sequencing in FL
- Assess data from ongoing studies that impact the evolving treatment paradigms in FL
