Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward hematologist-oncologists, pathologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care providers involved in the management of patients with AML.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Determine the mechanistic rationale supporting the role of menin inhibitors in AML treatment
- Discuss the potential implications of recent trial evidence and emerging monotherapy/combination therapy trials evaluating menin inhibitors in patients with AML
- Develop individualized care plans for patients with NPM1m and/or KMT2A-r AML based on clinical trial evidence
- Devise strategies to proactively monitor and mitigate treatment-related toxicities and/or treatment resistance in patients with AML receiving menin inhibitors
