Activity Overview
In this activity, the faculty focus on the current and emerging therapeutic strategies for the holistic management of vitiligo. This engaging format is designed to help clinicians identify best practices in managing vitiligo and improve outcomes for their patients with this disease.
Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward dermatologists, dermatology nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and other health care professionals who treat patients with vitiligo.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Describe the quality of life impacts of vitiligo on patients across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds
- Assess the latest clinical evidence surrounding new and emerging agents for vitiligo treatment
- Formulate individualized treatment plans encompassing novel JAK inhibitors for vitiligo management
- Integrate approaches to foster open communication and trust in the patient-clinician relationship for effective long-term vitiligo management
