Release Date: August 29, 2025
Expiration Date: August 29, 2026
Activity Overview
The emergence of oral selective estrogen receptor degraders (SERDs) offers the opportunity to address unmet needs for patients with hormone receptor–positive/HER2-negative (HR+/HER2–) metastatic breast cancer. This program focuses on incorporating oral SERDs into the standard of care, as showcased in challenging patient cases that highlight key clinical trial data to illustrate and justify treatment decisions.
This educational activity is an archive of the live virtual symposium held on August 2, 2025.
Target Audience
This educational activity is directed toward physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other health care providers involved in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:
- Implement best practices for biomarker testing to manage patients with HR+/HER2– breast cancer
- Assess recent practice-changing evidence for the use of oral SERDs in patients with HR+/HER2– breast cancer
- Create individualized care plans to optimize the use of oral SERDs in patients with HR+/HER2– metastatic breast cancer
